    Dr. Amini, completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, and obtained his dental degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of California, San Francisco, UCSF School of dentistry in 1996. He is a member of numerous local, national and international dental organizations and is currently an Associate Clinical Professor at UCSF, School of Dentistry.
    As the founder in 2001, Dr. Amini practices at CitiDent, a multi-disciplinary private practice in the San Francisco's financial district.
    Besides his volunteer teaching at UCSF since 2009, Dr. Amini has been a volunteer member of the San Francisco Community Dental Health Committee, a chapter of San Francisco Dental Society, in over ten years. He is a past member of the Peer Review Committee, a Chapter in San Francisco Dental Society.
    Dr. Amini is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and has served on the Admission Committee at UCSF School of Dentistry.
