    Chandler Mayfield serves as Executive Director, Technology Enhanced Education at the UC San Francisco School of Medicine. He is also the current chair of the UCSF IT Governance Committee on Education Technology.

    His professional interests include developing and deploying education technology applications, data analytics and governance, curriculum development, digital health, mobile learning and connecting physical and virtual learning spaces.

    He was the Education Lead in the UCSF Center for Digital Health Innovation from 2013-2018 and served on the AAMC Group on Information Resources Steering Committee from 2017-2020.

    He is also the former Director of the UCSF School of Medicine’s Curriculum Ambassador Program; past Chair of the Computer Resources in Medical Education (CRIME) professionals group, a group of educational technologists from Western Region US and Canadian medical schools, and past co-chair for the AAMC Group on Information Resources Educational Technology Working Group.
