       Overview
I have focused most of my research on efficiency of diagnostic testing in the Emergency Department, with a particular interest in the development of clinical decision rules for ordering radiographs. Fresno has a large patient population, with an annual ED census of approximately 110,000, and we have successfully collaborated with researchers at UCSF, SFGH, and UCLA.
