      Marc M. Solomon is a physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Medicine. His research interests focus on HIV and sexually transmitted infections with an emphasis in HIV prevention and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). He sees patients at the UCSF 360 Positive Health Program, the UCSF Infectious Diseases Clinic, and on the inpatient Infectious Diseases consult service at UCSF as well as on the Hospital Medicine service at San Francisco General Hospital. During fellowship, he pursued an MPH in epidemiology at UC Berkeley. Prior to ID fellowship, he served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCSF/SFGH on the Faculty Inpatient Service. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at UCSF and attended Emory University Medical School.
