Paul is a Grants Assistant Manager and an Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) for The Regents of the University of California, San Francisco. He oversees pre-award services for the Diabetes Center, Institute for Regeneration Medicine, Computational Health Sciences, Radiation-Oncology, PRDS, OFS, Healthforce Center and Microbiology/Immunology departments. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology. He also has a degree in Military Science and Tactics from 4 years of ROTC. Prior to his employment with UCSF, he worked with GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson.
