    Dr. Sophia Saeed is a general dentist and clinical educator. She provides general dental care — including implant restorations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges and gum treatments — one day per week in the Faculty Group Practice.

    Dr. Saeed received her dental degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She then completed an optional one-year residency at UCSF Medical Center. She joined the UCSF faculty in 2008 and became director of the General Practice Residency program and Hospital Dentistry Practice in 2009. In 2013, she transitioned to the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences where her educational focus is on pre-doctoral education, curriculum design, and faculty development.
