Overview Derek Harmon, PhD is Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Department of Anatomy and is the Director of the Anatomy Learning Center. He is involved heavily in the Bridges curriculum as the Anatomy discipline director for the majority of learning blocks throughout Foundations 1. He currently serves as the faculty lead for the Peer Teaching Program (PTP) where he mentors second year medical students in teaching anatomy related content to first year medical students. He has developed numerous graduate medical educational courses with an emphasis of clinically relevant gross anatomy. His main interests in medical education are in the creation of novel educational resources and curriculum development.
