Overview Erica Gastelum, MD Assistant Clinical Professor, UCSF
Dr. Erica Gastelum earned her medical degree from University of California, San Francisco and she completed a residency in Pediatrics at University of California, San Francisco, Fresno. She is board certified in Pediatrics.
Dr. Gastelum has earned many awards including the Pediatrics Teaching Award during her time as an instructor for San Joaquin Valley PRIME medical students in their pediatrics rotation and the Excellence in Teaching Award for demonstrating passion and skills for medical education.
She has co-authored publications for the Journal of Child Neurology and the International Journal of Radiation Oncology. Dr. Gastelum has also presented at the American Academy of Pediatrics Annual Meeting and the 41st Annual Meeting of the Child Neurology Society.
Her hobbies include spending time with family, baking, painting, and writing.
