    I have developed high-throughput methods for the rapid generation of recombinant proteins in E. coli, baculovirus, and mammalian expression systems that are used to generate high-quality recombinant antibody reagents. I have co-designed and co-built a cutting-edge, high-throughput robotic antibody phage-display platform and techniques to identify and validate high quality renewable antibody reagents. I have also co-developed tools to generate antibodies to targets including; human transcription factors, post translational modifications (phosphorylation), protein conformations, and extracellular proteins.
