    Dr. Mittal formally served as the Site Director of Maternal and Child Health in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UCSF. She was the Interim Director of Quality as well as the Medical Director of the Prenatal Partnership Program. Her interests include Maternal Child Health, Well Child Care, Prenatal care and Quality Improvement in Primary Care. She is currently a Medical Director at HealthNet. She works as an expert consultant for Perinatal HIV in the Clinician's Consultation Center at UCSF. Her clinical practice is at Fair Oaks Health Center where she also teaches Stanford Residents.
