    Dr. Son Quyen Dinh (he/him) is a primary care physician and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, in the Division of General Internal Medicine and the Gender Affirming Health Program. Originally from Houston, Texas, he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he successfully advocated for the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ healthcare into the curriculum. He completed his internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. During residency, he was part of the Primary Care, HIV, and Social Justice Tracks and had his continuity clinic at Fenway Health, a center dedicated to providing exceptional care to LGBTQIA+ people, BIPOC individuals, and other underserved communities. He contributed to the development of the Harvard Medical School-Fenway Health LGBTQIA+ Health Fellowship program. His particular interest includes preventative care, LGBTQIA+ care, gender-affirming care, and HIV prevention and treatment.
