Stephanie Andaya, CCMA-C, is a Contraceptive Training Specialist at UCSF's Beyond the Pill program. Stephanie supports Beyond the Pill's mission to advance contraceptive and access and reproductive autonomy by preparing and facilitating healthcare provider contraceptive trainings, with a focus on impact and best practices, especially for non-licensed clinic staff such as medical assistants and front office/receptionist staff. Stephanie has worked in family planning clinics for over 12 years and is passionate about the intersection of nonjudgmental person-centered reproductive healthcare and staff training. She has experience in adapting and creating training curricula for abortion care workers, telehealth staff, and medical assistants.
