My background as an ANP has been in cardiovascular nursing, and I transitioned into administration and quality management. My dissertation focused on health services outcomes with a quality improvement approach on population-based disease management focused on self-management. In the past three years, I have worked with projects related to heart failure and have focused my work on outpatient medication safety.
