Overview I am a postdoctoral researcher working in the department of radiation oncology at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center. I do biomedical data science. My research is focused on prognostic/predictive models for oncology using multi-omics data ( Histopathology (H&E and SHG images), PET/CT/MRI, genomics, radiomics, histomics, clinical and demographic information, ...) and "classical machine/deep learning" algorithms.
