Timothy Judson, MD MPH is a Hospitalist, Urgent Care Physician and Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hospital Medicine at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center. As Medical Director of Care Delivery Transformation for the Office of Population Health, he oversees a range of innovative programs aimed at improving patient outcomes and optimizing the efficiency of care delivery.
Dr. Judson is the site lead investigator at UCSF for the Track COVID Study, which aims to determine the incidence and prevalence of COVID-19 in a random sample of Bay Area residents. He designed and led the implementation of the COVID-19 Symptom Checker, available on MyChart. He is involved in several other virtual care programs aimed to allow patients to access care remotely.
Dr. Judson received his bachelor degree in Biology and Community health and his Masters in Public Health from Tufts University, and his medical degree from the Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed Internal Medicine Residency at UCSF, followed by a Chief Residency at UCSF, Parnassus Hospital.
