    William “Billy” Smith, MD, MBA, MPH is based at the San Francisco VA Medical Center where he is the Director of Primary Care for the Sierra Pacific Regional Telehealth Hub (VISN21 Clinical Resource Hub). He leads a multidisciplinary team providing care to clinics throughout Northern California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Guam.
