Graham (He/Him) is an Academic Specialist at the Center for AIDS Prevention Studies (CAPS) at UCSF. He works across multiple research studies focused on HIV prevention and treatment, mental health, substance use and the carceral system. He has worked for 20 years in clinical governance and project management roles, particularly in the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. He specializes in quality improvement and assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical audit and risk management, particularly in mental health and substance use settings. Graham is a warranted Compliance Inspector at the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the regulatory body for English healthcare services, and Director of Mango Tree Group, a healthcare consultancy that he established in 2015 to advise healthcare providers around regulatory compliance and quality. He is an advocate for LGBTQIA+ education and visibility, establishing UCSF's Pride Pin Pledge initiative in 2023.
