Cynthia Lee has worked in diverse environments in a variety of roles which enhanced her background, skills and professional development during her past 18 years at UC San Francisco.

She worked in large departments within the School of Pharmacy, the School of Medicine and the Medical Center, where her positions had a narrow focus in specialized areas. Cynthia also worked in a small academic department in the UCSF School of Medicine which allowed her the opportunity to gain an extensive overview in academic/staff personnel, budget administration and all the various facets of pre-award and post-award management.

When asked what she was most looking forward to in her new Associate Research Services Coordinator role, Cynthia said, “I feel the RMS team training modules as well as the new systems, will enhance our abilities to provide superior customer service to PIs. It’s a privilege to have this chance to support and collaborate with my other dedicated RMS teammates.”
