I am an Internal Medicine physician who completed residency training at Jefferson Abington Hospital after graduating from Shifa College of Medicine in Islamabad, Pakistan. Throughout my medical career, I have remained committed to excellence in clinical care, research, medical education, and service. My work has led to presentations and award-winning contributions at national and international conferences, including ACG, ACP, CHEST, ENDO, and ATA.

Beyond clinical medicine, I am passionate about mentorship, quality improvement, and physician leadership. I have served as HHS Clinic Captain at Abington Hospital, Montgomery County Delegate to the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and a Match A Resident Ambassador, helping guide aspiring physicians through their professional journeys. My efforts have been recognized through honors, including the William Mahood, MD Awards (2025 & 2026) and the Jefferson QI Innovator Award. I also serve as a peer reviewer for the Annals of Medicine and Surgery, advancing evidence-based medicine and scholarly research.

As I begin the next chapter of my career at UCSF, I remain dedicated to improving patient outcomes, fostering collaborative learning environments, and advancing healthcare innovation.
