As a Professor in the Pediatrics department at UCSF, my research has focused on various aspects of neonatal medicine and medical education. I have authored research publications covering topics such as the impact of standardized curriculum on medical educators, comparison of educational methods, and neonatal organ donation. My work has also explored the effects of environmental toxicants on neonatal health, including exposure to mercury, lead, and cadmium. Additionally, I have investigated the challenges and benefits of e-learning modules and flipped classroom approaches in graduate medical education. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the advancement of neonatal-perinatal medicine and improve patient outcomes.
