She develops and implements organizational communication strategies and market branding, supervising various communications professionals, and handles complex communications issues. She leads both internal and external communications, acting as the senior strategist for the Chair and the leadership team, and manages crisis communications. Dani is also involved in enhancing the department’s visibility and brand identity through effective communication strategies, managing the department’s public-facing website, social media platforms, and other communication materials like newsletters, event notices, and annual reports.
