    Janeen Smith, MD is a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco and Service Chief of Tele Emergency and Urgent Care for VISN (Veteran Integrated Service Network) 21 of the Veterans Health Administration. She originated and provides subject matter expertise on the Salesforce CRM product, the Tele Emergency Care Tracker, which is used to ensure safe handoffs of Veterans during their virtual episode of care and allows for reporting on quality metrics.
