She has a Masters in Communication from Stanford University, and a certificate in Technical Writing from UC Berkeley Extension. At the UCSF Center for HIV Information she supervises the production team; manages the overall timelines, strategies, and production staffing across all CHI sites; kick starts servers; manages domain registration and site performance; strategizes approaches to compliance with accessibility standards; and produces content for delivery in multiple formats. She also produces independent media.
