I am the program coordinator for Global Action in Nursing (GAIN), which works to build a skilled cadre of nurse leaders and reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality in Malawi, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. With GAIN, I manage our monitoring and evaluation activities with frontline nurses and midwives. My primary research interests include reproductive health, maternal and child health, and gender equity.
