    Nolan McCormick is a Staff Research Associate responsible for laboratory operations and biorepository management, as well as the development and execution of experimental bench assays. They graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health with a minor in Neuroscience, a B.A. in Japanese, and a B.A. in Theatre. As an undergraduate they worked in the lab of Dr. Jennifer Graham-Engeland examining the biopsychosocial mechanisms connecting stress and health. After spending several years conducting research programs at a Johns Hopkins University-affiliated neuropsychiatric research institute in Baltimore and Santa Clara, they were joint appointed to the CLEAR Lab at UCSF and the R.O.S.I.E. Lab at UC Berkeley in 2023 with the goal of advancing equity centered environmental health research.
