    Dr. Foster serves as the Program Director for the UCSF Fresno Pediatric Residency Training Program. He is a graduate of the residency program and served as a 4th year Chief Resident followed by a 10 year term as Associate Program Director and was appointed Program Director in 2017. He is privileged at both Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno and Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera and works clinically as a Pediatric Hospitalist.
