    Alexandra graduated with a BS in Psychology with a Biology emphasis and a minor in Social and Ethnic Relations from UC Davis. Holds a MS from UCSF in Healthcare Administration and Interprofessional Leadership.
    Research interests include health care disparities, language barriers, educating and empowering underserved populations, systematically training research personnel, development and innovative solutions, and process improvements.
    Currently, she is a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in kidney health; serves as a navigator for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) supporting researchers in increasing community engagement and integrating special populations. Is the lead for the SF-BUILD alumni program and co-lead for SF-BUILDing Bridges. Alexandra is also the lead, developer, instructor, and coordinator for the CIRCLE program, a program aiming to prepare a more diverse Clinical Research Workforce leading to increasing the diversity of research participants, ultimately advancing inclusive research and health equity and is part of the AVCR-IDEA office focusing on workforce development efforts.
