    Anna Rubinsky, PhD, is the lead clinical informatics specialist for the Academic Research Services (ARS) Research Data Services team. Dr. Rubinsky is trained as a health services researcher and is experienced in data management and statistical analysis, including developing specifications for analytic datasets using large-scale electronic health records data, and conducting analyses for multi-level health disparities and population health studies. Dr. Rubinsky formerly led data analytics for the UCSF Population Health Data Initiative.
