Zane Amenhotep, MD, is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and serves as the Co-Director of the Core Lab Division and Director of the Hematology Clinical Lab Section at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
Dr. Amenhotep is also a past UCSF Teaching Scholar, who co-facilitates a faculty development workshop on Large Group Teaching, conducts clinical teaching during a core rotation in laboratory hematology and hematopathology for laboratory medicine residents and directs the medical student elective, Principles of Laboratory Medicine.
