    Dr. Bochatay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, and an Education Scientist in the Office of Medical Education's Center for Advancing Scholarship in Education (CASE).
    She conducts qualitative and applied research in health professions education, using sociological theories and qualitative methods to understand how social processes shape learning, collaboration, and clinical practice in healthcare settings.
    Dr. Bochatay co-leads the Health Professions Education Pathway and collaborates with educators, clinicians, and researchers on educational and scholarly initiatives in simulation-based education, teamwork, conflict management, and speaking up in healthcare teams.
