    Collapse Overview
Dr. Pellegrini is the Acting Chief of Cardiology and the Cardiology Fellowship Site Director at the SFVA. She is particularly interested in the management of atrial fibrillation, most especially among those with heart failure. Additional interests include POTS, and the utilization and impact of ambulatory ECG monitoring.

Dr. Pellegrini is very involved with medical education, with a particular focus on the teaching of ECG interpretation. While she enjoys small group interactions, she delights in delivering engaging lectures to large groups. She is a member of the 2017 UCSF CORO Leadership Collaborative.
