Overview My research program focuses on advancing our understanding of how exposure to environmental chemicals affects early development through an innovative multidisciplinary approach that 1) integrates research on understanding exposures of pregnant women and fetuses to environmental contaminants and the impact of these exposures on health and fetal development; and 2) translates these scientific findings to healthcare providers, policy makers and community groups in order to improve clinical care and promote policies that prevent prenatal exposures to harmful chemicals.
