She helps internal innovators identify executable product roadmaps and particularly enjoys leveraging participatory design methods and working with diverse populations. Beth has a background in human-centered design with two decades of experience working across various technologies. She was in the pioneering cohort of CCA’s Design Strategy MBA program and has a master's in library science she uses just for fun.
