    I completed a Master’s degree in Quantitative and Systems Biology from UC Merced and have over 10 years of bioinformatics experience in five unique academic research labs. I have experience in planning and implementing long-term statistical studies that lead to publications as well as leading and coordinating many successful NIH-R01 grant proposals for my team. I am also the lead data analyst for our group which acts as the data coordinating center (DCC) for a cooperative agreement grant with the NIH. My interests include data analysis, data management, mentoring colleagues in data handling, and most importantly, supporting my colleagues as we do great science!
