    Dr. Oishi specializes in the care of critically ill pediatric patients. He is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Transport Program and Access Center. In addition, Dr. Oishi is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Respiratory Extracorporeal Life Support program. His research has been focused on pulmonary vascular disease, particularly that related to congenital heart defects.
