    Patricia C. Conroy, MD is a general surgery resident at UCSF. She is currently in her first research year and plans to pursue a career in surgical oncology. Dr. Conroy received her BS in Biology from Stanford University and her MD from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2017. Her research interests include dysregulation of proteolysis and the tumor microenvironment in pancreatic cancer. She is also interested in surgical education and was awarded the Medical Student Teaching Award in both her second and third clinical years.
