    Description: The goal of this project is to 1) evaluate genes that regulate intrinsic fitness of T cell therapies 2) investigate genetic determinants of T cell responses to suppressive factors found in the tumor microenvironment, and 3) develop preclinical models that better predict optimal T cell therapeutic strategies for solid tumors.
